Helmine Friesen de Bigler, MA., AMFT
Associate Marriage Family Therapist, #
My name is Helmine Friesen de Bigler, AMFT, and I am excited to work with you! I want you to know that you have the power to heal as you get to know yourself and your needs on a deeper level. Having immigrated to California, I am committed to working with those who may feel marginalized and disconnected. Social justice issues have always been at the forefront of my mind, and I am passionate about the LGBTQ+ community.
I would love to walk with you as you figure things out and feel more at home and at peace in your body and in your surroundings. We are created for connection – to ourselves, to the spiritual, and to other humans. Often times our past trauma, including grief and loss, can keep us from creating and enjoying healthy connections and I look forward to explore deeper ways of connecting and healing alongside you.
